These terms apply to Digital67 software supplied by Marketing Co-Ordination Australia Pty Ltd. By installing or using the software, you agree to these terms and any applicable Elgato Marketplace terms.

Licence grant

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the purchased edition for personal or internal business purposes on supported devices associated with the permitted Marketplace account.

Edition and feature limits

Your licence applies only to the edition purchased. Product layouts, branding, configuration limits and features form part of that edition and must not be removed, bypassed or altered to unlock capabilities offered in another edition.

Restrictions

You must not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent technical controls or represent the software as your own, except where applicable law does not permit a restriction.

Updates and compatibility

We may release fixes or updates and may change supported operating systems, devices or third-party software. Compatibility requirements will be published on the relevant product page.

Third-party services

The software may interact with Windows, Stream Deck, applications or online services supplied by others. Those products and services are governed by their own terms, and their availability or changes are outside our control.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
